- Enquiry and information‑pack data: These messages are stored in our Microsoft Outlook mailbox for administrative and record‑keeping purposes. We retain them only for as long as they are needed to manage our relationship and operations, and we periodically review and delete messages that are no longer required. You may ask us to delete your messages at any time, and we will do so unless we need to retain them for legitimate business or legal reasons.
- Enrolment and education records: Retained as required by Ministry of Education and NZQA rules.
- Media content: Retained for as long as permitted under the signed consent form, unless consent is withdrawn.
